At Ecofinance, continuous learning is one of the ways we put our value of We Grow Talent into practice. Throughout the year, our Learning & Development team introduced initiatives that support employee development, knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

One of the key initiatives was the launch of Knowledge Sharing sessions, where colleagues shared their expertise with teams across the company. We also introduced Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and Feedback Surveys to help managers support the development of their teams.

Our performance development continued with the Annual Performance Review, while the Shadowing Program gave employees an opportunity to learn about other roles and functions. For managers, we launched a dedicated leadership training program based on the P-O-L-C framework: Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling.

For our Operations teams, we provided customer communication training followed by coaching to help apply the new skills in daily work. We also continued developing our digital learning environment by updating online courses on topics such as Data Protection and Cybersecurity.

Together, these initiatives support a culture where learning is part of everyday work. By sharing knowledge and investing in professional development, we continue to strengthen our teams and improve how we serve our customers.
