Ecofinance in Romania Achieves Portfolio Growth of 25% in 2024

Ecofinance, known by the customers as CreditPrime in Romania, has demonstrated a stable growth in 2024. Total sales have reached a 24% increase, while the total portfolio has grown by 25%, compared to the previous year.

The company continues to show confident growth, driven by both new and returning customers. The number of new customers grew by 15%, while repeat customers contributed to a 40% increase, an indication of solid trust and engagement. Fund withdrawals saw a notable 24% rise, ensuring greater financial accessibility for users.

In 2024, several improvements have been implemented, one of them being automated answering machine detection in real time that prioritizes human calls and ensures quicker resolutions for clients. Another improvement that has decreased the number of requests that require involvement of the support team by 40% is partnership with Druid. It is a virtual assistant which provides customer support 24/7 and gives guidance to customers.

“It is not common for a company to achieve double-digit growth after its initial years. However, Ecofinance in Romania marked its eighth year of operations in the second half of last year, proving that with the right people, strong commitment, and strategic use of technology, continuous success is possible,” comments Rucsandra Larisa Stanciu, the Group Chief Executive Officer of Ecofinance.
