Great collaboration starts with connection to each other, across teams and departments. This year one of our goals is to strengthen internal network and sense of team starting with our biggest offices, create new opportunities to learn from colleagues, and gain a broader perspective on how our business works.

To do so, a Shadowing Program was launched in Chisinau and Riga offices. The program invited employees to spend several hours shadowing a colleague from another department, directly experiencing their day-to-day work. By stepping into someone else's shoes, participants gained a better understanding of how different functions contribute to shared business goals, discovered new perspectives, and built relationships that went beyond their immediate teams. The initiative was designed to support individual learning while promoting a culture of openness, curiosity, and collaboration.

In addition to shadowing, both locations hosted knowledge-sharing events that were open to all employees.

In Chisinau, employees attended a panel discussion on personal and career growth, where speakers from Operations, IT, and Management departments shared their professional journeys, key challenges, and lessons learned. The week also included a practical session on public speaking, helping participants develop communication skills and confidence regardless of their role or experience.

In Riga, the focus was equally practical. One session explored resilience in the fast-paced fintech environment, providing useful tools for managing stress and maintaining well-being. Another featured a personal career story about taking on challenges that exceed your current experience, demonstrating how continuous learning and curiosity can open new opportunities in technology and leadership.

The Shadowing Program is an investment in stronger collaboration across departments. Every conversation, shadowing session, and knowledge-sharing event helps colleagues better understand each other's work, appreciate different perspectives, and build the connections that make teamwork more effective. As the program continues to grow, we look forward to creating even more opportunities for employees to learn from one another and grow together.
